Selecting photos for printing

Before you move on to Selecting Photos (Step 2), you need to finish Loading Photo Data (Step 1).

Refer to Loading Photo Data (Step 1).

You can designate the number of prints to make of each photo. Photos that have been selected to print are indicated by a printer mark. The number of prints is displayed at the bottom right of the thumbnail.

Note:
  • When the specified number of prints is zero, the photo does not print.
  • The maximum number of prints possible for each photo is 99.
  • The maximum total number of prints is 3000.
  • To change the default number of prints, click the Options button on the bottom of the screen, and then select the Default Number of Prints radio button.

Specifying the number of copies for each photo

To specify the number of copies for each photo, follow the steps below.

Click the thumbnail of the photo that you want to print.

Click the Up arrow to increase the number of prints by one. Click the Down arrow to decrease the number of prints by one.

After specifying the number of each of the photos to print, click Next to proceed to the next step, Selecting a Print Layout (Step 3). If you want to edit photos, click Edit Photo. For details, see Editing.

Select All

Specifying the number of copies for all the imported photos

You can specify the number of copies for all the imported photos. If you want to specify the number of copies for each photo, refer to Specifying the number of copies for each photo.

To specify the number of copies for all of the imported photos, click Select All.

Click the Up arrow button to increase the number of copies for all photos. Click the Down arrow button to decrease the number of copies for all photos, and then click OK.

Click Next. Proceed to Selecting a Print Layout (Step 3). If you want to edit photos, click Edit Photo. For details, see Editing.

Useful Information

Audio

You can play back (non-compressed PCM) audio data that is attached to a photo by clicking Audio.

Note:
You may not be able to play back audio files, depending on your computer configuration and the type of audio data.

Upload

You can upload a photo to the EPSON PhotoSharing site by clicking Upload.

Note:
  • The Upload button and the upload function are not available when Scan To Web is not installed.
  • The Upload button is not displayed in Mac OS X.
  • The name of the EPSON PhotoSharing site may vary depending on the location.
  • The upload function may not be available depending on the location.

File Info

You can confirm the file name, file location, file type, file size, and image size of the photo that you selected on the File Info tab.

Note:
If the selected photo conforms to PRINT Image Matching or Exif2.2/DCF1.0 or later, the PRINT Image Matching logo or Exif Print logo is displayed.

Photo Info

On the Photo Info tab, you can confirm the following information about the photo you selected: date/time, camera name, exposure time, aperture, ISO, flash (on/off) status, and color space.
