Using the Print Options settings
Make Print Options settings.
Selecting the Print Mode setting
The Print Mode settings are as follows:
Speed
Photos print faster than when Quality is selected. Recommended when draft printing to confirm the layout of a photo.
Quality
Recommended when printing high quality photos.
Best Quality: Recommended when printing best quality photos.
Note:
 | -
Two or three of the Print Mode settings Speed, Quality, and Best Quality will appear on the screen. The combination that appears depends on the printer and paper type you selected.
 | -
Best Quality will appear only when certain types of paper are selected on some printers.
 | -
When Best Quality is selected, printing speed may slow down. Depending on the picture you are printing, significant effects may not be achieved. Be sure to keep this in mind when setting the print mode for your picture.
Using the Page Range setting
You can specify the number of pages to print, or which pages to print. If you select the Range setting, enter the appropriate range of pages in the text box.
Using the Copies setting
For multiple copies, enter the number of copies that you want to print in the text box.
Using the Auto Cut settings
The Auto Cut settings are as follows:
None
No cutting
Single Cut
The paper is cut at the boundary between images. However, the cutting position may shift slightly.
Double Cut
If you have selected Single Cut and are unhappy with the gap of the cutting position, select Double Cut. In this mode, the space between images is extended and the paper is cut twice inside this space. By cutting twice, an 18 mm slip of paper is left. Double Cut is selectable only when printing with No Margins is selected.
Note:
 | -
The Auto Cut setting does not appear when the Auto Cut function is not available.
 | -
As roll paper cannot be selected in Mac OS X, this item cannot be set.
