Setting PandoCalendar to display your work schedule
Using a recurring event PandoCalendar can plot your work schedule on the calendar. For example, a firefighter wants to see which days he will work several months in advance. He works on every third day. His first day of work begins January 1, 2000. To get PandoCalendar to display each day that he will work, he would:
Switch to PandoCalendar. This can be accomplished by clicking PandoCalendar in the Dock.
Click on a day in the calendar window.
Click the New Note button.
Enter a title of Work Schedule.
Set the date to January 1, 2000.
Choose Advanced Rule... from the Recur pup-up menu.
Choose Custom from the Frequency pup-up menu.
Click the + button.
Enter 1 in the Mark Day(s) field.
Enter 2 in the Skip Day(s) field.
Click the Save button.
Close the event window.
